Pack Saddle BBQ caters for parties of 50 or more, at a very reasonable price. We will cater for almost any occasion. Parties of less than 50 should contact the restaurant and request food for their specific number. The caterers will arrive on the location of the job about 45 minuets before the serving time (depending on size). This gives us time to set up our own tables, and prepare the food for serving. Our current menu includes the following for catering: For $8.95 a plate we serve: Brisket Sausage Beans Potato Salad Cole Slaw Pickles, Onions, Jalapeno, Cherry Peppers Ice Tea Pack Saddle's Unique BBQ Sauce Plates Plastic Ware Cups For $9.95 a plate we serve: All of the above plus dessert. The food is set up like a buffet line, come down one side, or both (depending on numbers). Go from one end to the other in a serve yourself fashion.
